About

I’m currently a student working towards my undergrad (in Classics) and hopefully soon, I will be in Alberta working towards my MA in Classical Archaeology and after that I’ll still be at there, provided they haven’t kicked me out, and instead I’ll be working on my PhD. School takes up way too much of my time, and then the other part is taken up with work. Which is with these really short people who have way too much energy, so I basically spend my time at work telling them to stop running, play nice and to stop picking their noses (I only wish I was kidding about that last part). Which is split unevenly between putting away things in alphabetical order for 20 minutes, and then sitting in a spin-y chair for 3 hours. When I do find that rare moment of free time I will prioritize. The first item on the list is sleeping. When I’m all caught up with my sleeping I have a tendency to be caught reading a book. Actually I have a tendency to get absorbed in books even when I don’t have the time for it, and it usually results in me losing precious hours of sleep. I’m a photo junkie, although most of my photos never turn out the way that I want them to, but that has changed now that I have my newly acquired Canon Powershot SX10is, with it I plan to conquer the world take lots of photos.
I also have a tremendous amount of respect for people when they realize their life’s passion and they pursue it unerring steadfastness. It makes me regard them with that much more admiration.

I like: sleeping with the windows open, used book stores, all kinds of cameras, being a self-professed geek, blurry photos, discovering new music, my career choice, afternoon naps, sleeping in general, being in his nook, ellipses…

I dislike: stupidity, waiting, rude and ignorant people, socializing, vapidness,
